What You Need to Know

WE'RE A COMMUNITY 

Hill Top Homes is affordable housing for seniors. Eligibility is limited to families with at least one member who is 62 years or older. Income limits of the Department of Housing and Urban Development also need to be met.

Hill Top Homes offers comfortable retirement living in a safe and secure environment.

​

Each apartment includes a spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Common areas include a first-floor community living room and a full kitchen. The second floor has a lounge, library, and game room where residents often gather for an evening visit. The beautiful outdoor park-like setting includes a stone patio and a deck with a barbecue. Raised-bed gardens are available for planting and harvesting.
